We drilled the hole in the throttle body too big and the AIC count is at 0. Am I losing hp from this?

Try closing your TB blade set screw all the way. you may be able to make your IAC count go to 5 - 10 and gain some control over your idle.

 

It idles perfectly but the AIC is at 0. We drilled the hole a little too big. Anything wrong with this?

 

no if you were getting any side effect it would be rpms racing as you come up to a stop, they would drop down eventually. If this isnt happening than you are all set, go racing! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

 

Is your car an a4 or m6.I got my iac hitting zero now..drilled out 13/64 but seem to have no ill effects from that..maybe cause my car is an m6??

 

Your car may idle higher than planned with a zero IAC count. When I hit zero, mine was smooth, but 100 rpm higher than the PCM was programmed for.
