Y ATAP?? Ok im getting into the nitruos mood and everyone saying to get ATAP for sure.. but why? ATAP reads problems? then u need MAFT to fix them and LS1 edit? or can i use my PP3??
Re: Y ATAP?? for one thing it lets you monitor for a lean condition. you can also watch for knock retard, if the computer starts pulling timing with KR and it gets to 8deg and stays there then you are probably doing damage to your engine. 8deg is as much as my computer will pull then i actualy hear Knock(pinging). if you just have a few mods and then add a little nitrous then i am not sure if it would be worth the $300 or so. have to see what others think.
