I have LS1 edit and the car is dialed in on the top side but it is running really fat while idling and cruising. The car wants to break up from soo much fuel at low RPMs. Where on LS1 edit can you adjust this?

Part throtle and idle are controlled by the O2 sensors. If your a/f ratio is off in these conditions then you need to find out why - don't tune to cover up a mechanical problem.
Hook up your care to a scan tool and check the operation of your O2's. Verify they are responding/acting normally. Notice your l-trims - see if you have a large split - or just large values. Make sure you don't have any exhaust leaks.

A couple more thoughts...
** cold idle is not controlled through the O2s, so if happens only when it is cold, you can tune this.
** if you have a big cam, a little more spark advance down low may help the car run smoother.
