Default Unlinited LS1edit scam uncovered

The thread about the LS1edit GP was gone so I'll post this in case some of you got scammed by this guy and others do not get ripped off on other scams he does.

Peope who were coming to me wanting to know if I knew anything about this so called GP and were considering getting involved in the GP.
I began tracking this guy via his e-mail address and it lead me to several websites he had.
One was he claimed to have a auto shop business, the worst is he sells his body to other guys, thus I wll not publish that web address here but if you want to get sick contact me and I'll give you at least 3 websites he had.
Had because I have gotten 2 of the websites shut down.

I also tracked down his real name, address and phone number so if he took you, I can give you his info.

In tracking I find he has done several scams in Forida, Texas and his home state.

If those running this forum want his name, address, phone published here let me know. He uses several e-mail addresses and most include "cuddle" so wise up to it here.

If you got suckered in to that GP and have not sent him the money, IHMO, do not do it.

This is a prime example of why I won't buy parts from another ls1tech enthusiast or from ebay. I'm rather spend the full amount and have piece of mind. It's a shame too because a few bad people ruin it for the rest of us good people.

Great info...

This guy was an obvious scam to many of us. I've been buying and selling used parts on the internet for 5 years and have not been screwed even once.

Now that I say that I'm going to get screwed on my next deal. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" />

Yep, we know who he is too. I've had a couple of people email me about it, he told them that they'd get the cables from the guy who builds the LS1Edit cables. Ummmmm, that is incorrect, because I'm that guy, and I do not sell them to anyone but Carputing. I will never be selling LS1Edit cables directly.

And Eric, you did get ripped off. That Torque Arm I sent you was made of paper mache'. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />

But I didn't know about his 'other' web sites. I'll pass on those. Thanks for the detective work.

I've bought and sold a couple thousand bucks worth of parts on the "boards". So far, I've had real good luck.

Rules?

Know your buyer/seller. Get their work # and call them there. Ask for a reference that YOU know. Try to use a CC when doing the transaction, as many have mechanism to refuse fraudulent purchases.

And pray a bunch. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
