MAFT Translator Hello i purchased a mass air flow translator i have no clue what so ever how to use it, i put my car at 5 percent richer and the wont start, i put it on 5 percenmt leaner the car stalls, does any one have directions or like a link on how to perfect it??? thanks mike, or if ne one lives in NEW york that wants to gicve me a hand. thanks
Re: MAFT Translator a 5% change should not cause the car not to start. It comes with instructions, did you buy it from a reputable shop?

Re: MAFT Translator If you do a search for MAFT you'll find a ton of info. One thing I do know is you don't want to make changes to the MAFT without monitoring the effects. If you don't know the effects of your tuning you run the risk of running too lean and that's a bad thing!

Re: MAFT Translator As others have said the car should start and run fine. If it does not and you cant get it to work you can send it to us and we will fix it for you.
