Can anyone point me in the right direction to find some info on how to tune my LS1 PCM?

I'm thinking of buying the ATI procharger, but since they're not supporting the product with any kind of tuning, I'll have to do it myself (or pay $450 for a blind tune from Fastchips) and I don't know jack about PCM tuning.

 

This should give you an idea of what most tuning is about, fuel and timing.
