Re: Can you delete the AIR pump with LS1Edit? From what I've heard, you can delete the AIR and EGR, but I haven't actualy used it yet, so I could be wrong, but I'm pretty shure I'm right! |
Re: Can you delete the AIR pump with LS1Edit? of course you can remove: air pump egr cags vat speed limiter rev limiter maf limiter knock sensors rear o2's. etc. you can even tune to remove your mass air sensor if you want to *i dont reccomend removing some of the above, but its possible and more* |
Re: Can you delete the AIR pump with LS1Edit? what is the MAF limiter? |
Re: Can you delete the AIR pump with LS1Edit? Hell, if you're crazy enough, you can remove the front O2's and run the car in open loop all the time |
Re: Can you delete the AIR pump with LS1Edit? I have a question to add to this actually. Is there a way to stop the air pump from turning on. My air pump is disabled in the engine diagnostics, but still connected, and it still comes on. I know that I can pull the fuse, and wiring, but I would rather find a switch in edit that keeps the pump off. Any suggestions? [ August 12, 2002, 01:47 PM: Message edited by: NoGo ] |
