Could LS1Edit effect the Fuel Gage?

Could LS1Edit effect the Fuel Gage? Ever since I programmed my 2002 Z06, the gas gage has acted funny. Like I just put in 4 gallons, and the needle moved >1/2 tank. It always was 1 gallon per notch before exactly, now it moves twice as far.
Could one the variables I changed (possibly 5th limiter) actually have been the multiplier for the fuel tank sensor?
I'll return to stock programming and see, but has anyone else seen this?
NEVERMIND. It went back to the correct location after I restarted the car. Weird. Must be a faulty sensor.

Re: Could LS1Edit effect the Fuel Gage? I have occasionally seen the needles hang on the C5 gauge faces (esp. if a different color guage face was installed). But I have seen it on stockers.
Other than that, to answer the initial question, I do not believe there is any way this could be caused intenionally; a corrupt upload may be able to achieve something like this though.
