?'s on timing with a modified LS1...
1. Idle: ?
2. Cruising: ?
3. WOT: ?
I've been using ATAP and LS1 edit, I'm just wondering what would the best timing be for a modified LS1?
I have heads/cam/headers bolt ons blah blah...Should I just tune with as much timing as I can get away with before KR?
Right now here is my current timing* with no KR:
1. Idle = 20-22*
2. Cruising = 35-40*
3. WOT = 25*
Should I try to squeeze more?

If it were me, with some of your mods: I would go as far as testing with low octain gas just to confirm the acuracy of the knock sensors and to inshure the PCM's ability to drop to the low octain curve when needed. If all was ok, only then I would dial up the high octain curve and retest with high octain fuel; leaving the low octain curve as is for a safety net.
Does your timeing really run at a flat 25*/Wot curve?
