Good running engine = ? timing

Good running engine = ? timing what does a good running ls1/truck engine pull for timing? at WOT, is 29degs too much or too little. i was told a good running engine may pull up to 35-37 degs of timing. this is assuming the engine is getting NO KR.

and no KR, this is on 93octane.

Re: Good running engine = ? timing WOT conditions, 29 degrees is very good. There are a few crack addicts running more than 30, but they run on race gas.
