Default ? about fuel trim cell and edit

I have reprogrammed my car for idle, rev limit, fans, and shift points.
I have noticed that since I programmed my car will go into fuel trim cell 22 when just cruising.
Fuel cell 22 = WOT
I have noticed that it only seems to do it if my LTrims go + numbers
when it does this I can go to WOT but the LTrims do not zero and the fuel cell stays in 22
I have not noticed any ill effects from this but I am curious as to why it is doing this.
see sig for car info

Ltrims only zero upon going WOT, if they were negative just prior to that. So like if yours are reading positive, they stay at that value to keep the mix richer to prevent any bad things from happening. As far as cell 22, I have no idea why it's going there other than it thinks there is a lot of load requiring that cell.

Anyone else have any idea as to why it is going into 22 at part throttle cruising. This is happening with no load on the car, just ordinary driving.
