Default EFI Live newbie, Help me figure this stuff out

I recently got EFI live. Yesterday I went out and did some logging.
I have been searching the boards and haven't quite found answers for all my questions.
I logged the following parameters:
RPM
BLM cell#
LTFT's
STFT's
O2's
AFR
KR
Timing Advance
TPS%
IAT temp
Gear
I logged a couple of cruises, and a couple WOT runs.
I had a code PO171. What values do I look at during which log? I mean some values should be monitored during cruising and others during WOT, I just wanna know if my values are around where they should be. I should have LS1edit by next week.
I must say that I know that there is a lot of info out there, but I am still pretty lost. I mean, what do I export to Excel and put in tables, how do I do that, etc.

With EFILive, I log the following PIDS:
-RPM
-Timing
-Knock Retard
-MAF
-MAP
-Bank 1 O2's
-Long Term Fuel Trims
-Vehicle Speed Sensor
-Coolant and intake air temp
-Throttle position

This is more than enough to get you started.

Take a look at these two logs:

The first one shows how the O2 sensors (bottom chart, blue and yellow lines) should behave.

At idle (first part of the chart), and WOT (last part of the chart). They should only flatline at WOT which is when the PCM commands rich AFR.

The second one shows a bad O2 (H02 B2S2 - downstream from the CAT - top chart, green and purple lines).
Notice how the purple line flatlines - that's broken.

I was more looking for what all the values I logged mean.
I think I may have an O2 going out and I wanted to verify.

At cruise, monitor your ltirms (Don't bother with strims) and you want to get just slightly negative.

At wot, monitor your O2's. IMO, shoot for .88-.89 with NO knock retard.

Monitor timing, KR, MAF, MAP, TPS, VSS, Gear all the time. Learn what is "good" for your car, that way you can tell when something is out of wack!
