MIL after header install Hello.
I am new to the board and have quetion. I recently purchased and installed the TTS Long tube header package. A few days after the install the MIL lamp started coming on.. When scaned it indicated Lean O2 readings on bank one sensor two and same issure on bank 2. I have purchased the LS1 edit sofware(I have yet to recieve the software though) and was wondering of the software can solve this issue...

Re: MIL after header install This is very strange..I got tts on a week or two ago and have zero codes from them at all.car was very rich..but you are getting lean codes...strange...did you hook up your front o2s and back o2s..??? You did take care to make sure the harnesses didn't get burned right?? Only issue I had with my headers is car is very rich but not rich enough to set codes..other than that no problems..I think you have something else wrong..what are the rest of your mods..???
I have lid,holley filter,gms maf,ported tb,ls6 intake,b1,the tts,b and b and cutout..have scanmaster,autotap,maf translator.

Re: MIL after header install My mods are simular to yours with the exception of the intake and TB.
About 2 days after install I got a lead O2 B1S2. and the only way I have kept the light out is to bump up the fuel trim with the MAFT. just after I posted I found a bad air pump valve and replaced both of the check valves and installed some restrictor plates. I have not recieved the same code so that may have been it.
I get a vibration at part throttle which comes and goes and after a bit it throws a MIL light. I have not had it scaned to see which code it is at this point. My Auto Tap software will not be here for another week or so. I will figure this out sooner or later..

Re: MIL after header install I have no air system and took off my egr when I put on my ls6 intake..I have no problems or codes since the tts install..just ran rich but have it dialed down now a lot and car seesm to be running better.
