Adjusting PE for high volume intake(flow)?
If WOT enable is set a TPS 23% at 4800 rpm when the car is in N/Park at 4800 rpms actual TPS is 27-33% which leads to AFR <9.0 and the spark gets blown out. Drop the rpm a tad and the engine is reborn.
Now change the TPS enable WOT to 35% above 4800rpm and the engine revs fine without a mis.
This is on a 98 vette A4 3400stall making 750-800 at the fly wheel at 6500rpm.
The prim VE table has two rows 100 and 105 kpa which are less than 100% throughout the rpm range.
???
Can you increase the VE to levels greater than 100% at 105kpa say above 3800 rpm and in turn decrease the PE values so that in PE mode under light throttle the engine does not flood???
IE, ve 5000 rpm 105 line = 100% vs 120% leading to PE at 5000rpm going from 1.224 to 1.105??? and still have the same AFR 12.0.
