RAFIG Calculated PID Help

Guys, i'm trying to run this map to log my desired changes to the desired idle air table on this 01 z06. What I don't understand is all the values keep on going into the Park/Neutral side of the table and stay there even when driving down the road. Then when you look at the desired idle air table in those cells they are all zero and the in gear table is the one with values in it. I'm confused, is there something i'm missing here? Thanks.

Thanks, i've been talking to larry about this issue and solved the issue of it going into the wrong table just by removing that portion of the table.
