SES disappears on its own??
I have LT's minus cats/EGR/A.I.R. So obviously I have the SES light on until I get the tune. I've been this way for abou 9 months. Today, I got in the car and started it and it idled way down, kinda like when you reset the computer. The SES light went away but the car drove fine. I drove it two miles, stopped and when I started it up again, the SES light is back and everything is groovy. Can anyone explain what happened? Something I should worry about? I didn't touch anything.

what was the SES for?
An SES will turn itself off if after a certain number of cycles the issue that caused the SES is not found... but then after it's found again it'll trigger the SES
However... not knowing what SES you're setting... kinda hard to say what conditions caused it to turn on and turn off...
the EGR, AIR and No Cats (rear O2s) shouldn't cause the idle to become poor... they're just emissions... I bet you're setting another SES for something else.... you know what happens when you assume right?
