SES disappears on its own??
An SES will turn itself off if after a certain number of cycles the issue that caused the SES is not found... but then after it's found again it'll trigger the SES
However... not knowing what SES you're setting... kinda hard to say what conditions caused it to turn on and turn off...
the EGR, AIR and No Cats (rear O2s) shouldn't cause the idle to become poor... they're just emissions... I bet you're setting another SES for something else.... you know what happens when you assume right?
