Trans shake on deceleration with cam ??

Trans shake on deceleration with cam ?? When the converter is locked and I`m slowing down the trans is doing a little lugging.
Kinda like in a 6 speed if you don`t down shift.
Stops as soon as the verter unlocks.
Is this a programming issue?
