Check the connections to both your rear O2's, post cat. Turn car to on, but not start. Pull PCM batt and PCM ing fuses under the hood. Wait 5 min and turn key off and replace fuses. Start car and let idle for about 5 min to do idle relearn and O2 check. If you don't want to do the fuse thing you can pull the neg batt cable for about 10 min and then let it idle for about 5 min.

Thanks for the reply. The light came on about 1k miles back, so I reset it and it went away. Now it came back. I have EFILive so I read the code, so I now I know that it's the o2 sensors. I'm wondering if I should just by o2 simms so I don't see this problem anymore.

You can, but you do have cats and if they go bad your PCM won't be able to detect this. I would do a PCM reset by pulling the fuses. Make sure the car is in a cold state. Start it up and let it idle for 5 minutes. The PCM will do a complete system check of the O2's and then do idle relearn. If you get the SES after this then there is a problem and you can read the code. If no SES light, then your O2's are ok. The code means that the O2's didn't heat up fast enough from a cold start. This seems to be a common code and I have it about twice a year. No big deal. It is unlikly that both O2's are bad.
