I just installed meth on my remote mounted turbo car and I am getting ready to go to the dyno and was wondering where would be the best place to start as far as compensating the tune for the meth? Run less fuel, more timing or just add more boost?

It depends on where you're starting from, and if your methanol kit is adjustable.
What is your AFR? spark advance? EGT? engine temp you run at?
Is your methanol an all-or-nothing system? or adjustable to boost or RPM?
and how much methanol can it deliver?

The way I tuned my SMC progressive kit was to first disable the kit so I'm just tuning off of fuel. I had my boost set for 7 psi and tuned it for a nice 11.0:1 a/f. I then turned the alcohol on and set the start point for 7 psi. I then upped the boost to my target of 13psi (highest boost I planned to run on pump gas) and set the max flow on the controller to around 7-8 psi and made a pull. It was very rich so I kept adjusting the max spray until I hit my goal of 10.7 a/f. I think I ended up with full pump speed around 15 psi. I then lowered the turn on point for the spray to 4-5 psi.
Doing it this way I noticed I had a more consistant a/f per PSI and I used less alcohol since I was only spraying what was needed. I did not increase my timing, just the boost.
