Just getting into the scaners and tuning. should i just go with A-TAP or skip it and go straight with ease. ive been hearing alot of talk about it latley and now dont know what I want. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> Im not a computer dummy and know computers well enough. I just want to know what better for the begginer. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
Re: Just getting into the scaners and tuning. I am ball-n-chained to autotap. It works well enough, but I think there are better ones coming out.
If a-tap ever dies on me, I will be looking into EFI-Live.

Re: Just getting into the scaners and tuning. I personally use EFILive Pro Edition. Its better than Autotap if you only use it on a LS1, but it costs more. But I got it on a GP for about the price that most vendors sell Autotap for.
If you want the best out there then get EASE but you will pay more.

Re: Just getting into the scaners and tuning. im basicly looking for something that i can use a palm pilot or pda that will show the AF ratio, RPM, and other stuff like that in real time on a PDA, or laptop. I was looking for something that has both PDA and laptop compatability, and something that more people have, that way I can ask someone about it if I have problems.
