What functions of LS1Edit do you actually use?

What functions of LS1Edit do you actually use? I downloaded the user guide for LS1Edit last week and I finally looked at it today. There are way more functions in it than I would think most would ever use. I understand the speed limiters, R/L extender, gear ratio change, A/F, SES, shift points, CAGS, and idle speed. But there's "positive pressure vs. temp" and "max vs. %TPS release", <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> "IAT-MAP timing adjustment" and a few others that I may partially understand but can't see where they would be helpful to all but the most obsessed engine tuning junkies. So, hence the question, what functions of LS1Edit do you actually use?
