Re: 28 degrees at WOT ??? Absolutely. Most stock vehicles can run this timing with 93-94 octane and no KR problems.
NA I run 28 degrees on 94 octane. I have seen other setups similar to mine run more timing with little problem.
On the giggle gas my IAT kicks it down to 24.

I see 24 degrees or so and 2-4 KR if temps rise above 195.
