Head Light Problem

For some reason when I shut off my lights, arm or disarm my car the lights make a funny noise. Like they are stuck. Could anybody give me some info as to what is wrong?

So all I have to do is replace the motor? Is it hard to do?

I had the same problem, it turned out to be the motor that opens and closed the lights was damaged by water and had to be replaced. It was done under my warranty.
