Going to a dyno on Monday...any pointers or suggestions?
Literally, lift yer @ss offa the seat and abso-fargin-lutely NAIL the throttle when he says "go". Leg cramp if ya have to!! Since a dyno is really an "accelerometer", it is measuring yer car's ability to accelerate. it doesn't know from touchy-feely. Punch it. As *hard & fast* as ya can.
A friend of mine dynoed his '98 T/A recently, and he experienced downshifts while nailing it on the dyno. He was in third gear, but a couple of times the car shifted upon acceleration. Didn't seem to phase his pulls any....
Rear Wheel Horsepower: 309.0
Rear Wheel Torque: 322.9
I'm satisfied with the results..... <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" />
