I'm using Win2000 on a Toshiba laptop and don't have any problems with my v.1 cable. Out of habit, I'm only using ATAP 1.1; I'm really not sure I like the version 2.0 software.

Default Anyone using ATap with Windows 2000?

I am having an issue where I can connect and record but when I stop recording and disconnect, it will not let me reconnect. I keeps telling me the cable is not connect.

I can work around this issue by rebooting my computer and again (not pleasurable), I can connect 1 time but not a second without the reboot.

I used the same laptop with a v.1 cable in the past and did not have this issue.

Anyone using W2K?
