Analysis of my A-tap after H/C

Everything look ok to you guys??
Also, the B2S1, this varies ALOT, like from .100 to .980...is this normal during around town driving.
B2S1...which O2 is this, I have the rears "deleted"
B2S2...which O2 sensor is this
And, lets say I want to drop my O2 mv down lower, do I take away fuel in the PE vs RPM table or add it??
