Default how lean in a stock car

if your current O2 reading are in the 11.5-12.0 range, how lean is it safe to go for a street car. I run my race car around 13.4 or so, and have never had a problem. Was thinking of shooting for around 13.0 for this track-driven street car, but don't want to lean it out too much.

btw, these are tail-pipe numbers, so I assume the actual O2 reading would be slightly richer??!!

on a non FI car, 12.8-13.0 seems to be a safe range, obviously each car varies, but w/proper timing tables, that range seems pretty safe
