Tuning after heads and cam

Delete high idle code.
Increase idle (800-900) , depending on cam.
Delete random misfire code
Bump up base timing to 26-28 for idle stability.
Get A/F ratio adjusted (preferably on a WB dyno)
Get WOT timing set to 28-30 as much as the motor can handle with out KR and audible detonation.
Set shift points (if it's an A4)
Set cooling fans to 180/188 deg.
Line psi to read off/ TPS.
bump up rev limiter to 6800 (depends on cam also)
This should be a good start , but if the car will idle on it's own, I would put a couple hundred miles on it before having the tuning done. Good luck.
