What should custom tuning entail? I'm having TR cam 224-224-114, LS6 intake, ASP crank pulley and new plugs an wires installed along with custom tuning. What should the tuning cover?Here's what I have:
A/F ratio
raise rev limiter
delete rear o2's
adjust idle
adjust shift points (A4)
What am I missing?

Re: What should custom tuning entail? Don't forget to get rid of the TQ management. You might also change the converter lock up. I plan to raise mine so that it won't drop back to less than about 1800 RPM when it locks. I hate that huge RPM drop and the subsequent lugging engine. <img border="0" alt="[barf]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_barf.gif" />
Fan settings if you are running or plan to run a cooler thermostat.
Tame the knock sensors a bit if you're prone to false KR.
