Help me hook up a air&fuel meter I have a 2000 WS6 Trans Am -M6 What color wire do i splice in to on the o2s or the best place and color wire and do i youse the high or the low side? <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />

Re: Help me hook up a air&fuel meter first off, don't cut your o2 wires. At LS1Speed, one of the sponsors, they sell an adapter that plugs in. Well worth the purchase and easy to install.

just look it up in a wire diagram. the chilton or haynes manual usually has them in the back.
i want to say its a purple wire but im not sure. once you find the wire you want to use trace it back to the pcm and look for it by its pin number then just splice into right behind the pcm. this way you wont have to worry about running the wire by your exhuast and worry about it melting. plus it looks a lot cleaner too. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Re: Help me hook up a air&fuel meter Yes, I will splice it in the computer harness i think it is pin 69# bank 1 left or 66# bank 2 right side I will check to make sure . I can not see paying $20.00 plus shipping for a spliced wire ! Thats for peaple with to much money <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
