will ls1 edit read dyno tunning???
no, I am trying to find out if dyno tunning is locked or not lockable so I can look at what they programmed.

If dyno tuning is done by a shop that uses LS1 Edit and since at this time LS1 Edit doesn't support locking PCM, you can use your LS1 Edit cable to read back the file.

I have a tuner version of LS1edit and a lock is most definately available , I can selectively lock tunes depending on the customer ( as one trade customer had a LS1edit tuner next door and they have and did attempt to read my pcm's) and any user that has a legitimite cable and wants to look at there tune I will unlock for no charge - not a problem , generally I only lock them to protect myself from someone altering my tune and loosing a motor then coming back to me it was my tune that did it .
Bottom line , talk to the dyno shop and ask the question if you need to be able to edit it yourself then I cant see a problem
