Is it bad to run a SLP MA with Edit?

Is it bad to run a SLP MA with Edit? The reason I ask is because my tuning is closer with the SLP MA instead of the stock MA.I haven't used Edit yet(have it waiting)Here is what I'm going by with tuning with MAFT and Atap.
Base +5 WOT -6 with SLP MA
Base +15 WOT -4 with stock MA
This was done to get 0 - +2 L-terms at WOT
So from what I see the SLP MA curve is closer to my setup than the stock MA.
Does this sound right?
