timing tuner? worth it?

i saw this device caled timing tuner and was urious if i would help me? i have a 99 ws6 A4 with free mods, slp LM, and a lid. its 300$ so i would like to know te pros and cons, and especially if its gonna help me for 300$??

It helped me with my setup to the tune of 10hp/20lb/tq across the rev range.

My stock timing is 25 degree's.I added 3 degrees down low and 2 degrees up high.I could really feel the difference down low.
