Easy way to lower rev limiter?

Easy way to lower rev limiter? Is there a quick & easy way to lower the rev limiter to, say, 3000? I'd like to do this without programming; hopefully with just a switch or a key I can use to turn it on when I want. It'd basically be just a safety device against HP starved valets & shop workers. Would Harlan's 2-step work well for this? Is it fairly easy to hide?

Re: Easy way to lower rev limiter? I was wishing I could do the same thing. I just got my car back from the paint shop and they drove it 2 miles. I was wondering if I could do the same thing. Hopefully they didn;t dog it to bad.. I'm sure our cars can take a beating from the post I've read on here where people have ran theirs at the strip over 1000 times. I haven't beat mine that bad. Let us know if you figure something out.
