Optimal Air/Fuel Ratio

What would be the target on a wideband?

12.8, 13.1, 13.4?

12.9-13.1 for the street. This all depends on heat, car modifications,.... Some guys can get away with higher than 13.1. For a safe tune I was looking for 12.9
