Default Is bigger better?

OK damnit I just spent an hour reading this post so I'm going to say something! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> I was under the impression that bigger was better. I have a Granatelli MAF and as I have read, it not only is slightly bigger than stock, but its electronics report the airflow faster\more accurate than stock. Should I put my stock MAF back on?

I had the Granatelli MAF on my '99 Firehawk and now it is on my husbands '01 WS6. It works great! It lower my ET by about .10 at the track in my "99.
