I've screwed up everything else, so I may else well continue with the tuning also. So someone tell me what's the best software to buy to tune at home, and where to get it, and around how much would it cost

just buy efilive its the best; extra price for extra quality and customer service. btw not allowed to have this conversation. So you blindly have to make up your mind.
