Default Rev Limiter?

I have a 2002 WS6 w/ 6spd, lid,MAF ends, SLP smooth bellow tube, and a cutout, when we edited my car we changed the rev limiter to 6500 so I could powershift it at 6000rpm and not hit the rev limiter, but when trying to powershift at that high of rpm the fuel drops down to 200 vs. normally being between 880-910. But when shifting by releasing the gas and hitting the clutch it never has this problem. Is there something I could edit to have the fuel stay on when I hit the clutch at that high of an rpm? What is everyone else's rev limiter set at, and have u experienced a problem like this b4?
