SES light = Messed up CATS?

SES light = Messed up CATS? Today while driving to work like I always do, out of know where the SES light came on (about a min away from me parking). I have no idea why it would go off and I want fixed. I'm gussing some O2 sensor just went off because its so cold... but I'm not totally sure so . Does anyone have any idea's...
I know autozone does a check, but he said I can only come in at 10:30am tomorrow to get it checked and I'm working at that time...
FYI: I haven't added anything performance or engine wise to the car for over 4 months. My only engine mods include a SLP loudmouth, SLP lid and K&N filter.

Re: SES light = Messed up CATS? Well I took it to GM and found out whats wrong, and the CATS are messed up... he said because their was no "Back preasure". They are covering it under warrenty, but could this be because of the loudmouth exhaust? Or did my CATS just suck anyways?
