How dies this kind http://www.coastaldyno.com/pages/944173/index.htm of dyno compare to a Mustang Dyno and the regular Dynometers?

That IS a Mustang Dyno. It is the smaller MD-250 model with pictures taken directly from www.mustangdyne.com
