Re: How helpful is autotap at... Very. You can monitor your WOT O2 readings for air/fuel ratio tuning and determine whether you have any knock retard to dial back timing. Also, you can compare your times between different trips and determine the effect that weather conditions had on your ET & MPH through intake air temp, etc.

But a tip. Don't pick to many things to monitor at one time. It slows down the sampling speed of the program.
On one run, I'd do ignition advance and knock retard and maybe a few performance conditions so you can see how things react at certain temps, humidities, etc. Then on your next run monitor your O2's the same way

Dont even mess with autotap. Its too slow.
I recorded a short 0-100 blast on the street tonight 111 samples in 11.6 seconds. Each sample contains:
Commanded AFR
Calculated Load
Intake Air Temp
Knock

MAF raw freq
MAP
O2 B1S1

STFT2

I was driving around doing mostly part throttle logging, at the track I'd probably be logging some different parameters.
This many does not slow down EFILive in any way.
