SES Light on... someone have advice?

SES Light on... someone have advice? Got a cam installed a few weeks back, and for a few days after the SES light stayed on. Then it went off and stayed off until about a week ago I got the car dyno tuned. After that whenever I let the car idle for more than a few minutes the Random Multiple Misfire code goes off, and the light has stayed on permanently. I had a friend clear the code, and next time I let the car idle and it did the same thing. Any idea how to clear up this issue?
