Re: Puting In 02 Ls6 The differences between stock LS1 and LS6 programming are small and are related mostly to the larger LS6 MAF sensor. If you keep your LS1 MAF sensor the LS6 will be ok without any PCM changes. This would be a simple first step. If you later want to install the larger MAF you will need to update the MAF table.
"flash pcm to a stock Z06" is not exactly meaningful because the PCM contains information related to more than just the engine.
