What to scan with Autotap???

What to scan with Autotap??? OK, I have LS-1 Edit and AutoTap. What are the most important parameters I should scan to start tracking my fuel, timing, and anything esle that is on tghe important list. I installed a NX Wet kit and want to be sure all is ok.
