Help... Idle in "R" surges

Help... Idle in "R" surges my idle is good when in drive except when i am in "R". i have a 112 LSA cam in an A4
i had my car dyno tuned and they fixed the idle at traffic lights and its great now, but i am wondering if they over looked the idle in "R"?
is it the same idle of drive?
can it be fixed and still leave the other idle about the same, so i don't loose the lope sound, if any higher
what causing this?
