On a head, cam and LT car, what should it be for maximum HP at WOT?

12.8:1 AFR or 890mv on your B1S1 and B2S1 O2 sensors.

Don't use the O2 readings, they are not designed to be accurate at WOT.

I seem to recall most naturally-aspirated LS1s make the most power at 13.3-1/13.5-1 AFR. They tend to run faster on the track, with a 12.9-1 to 13.1-1 AFR on the dyno. Tune it slightly richer around torque peak.
