car acting wierd??????????????????????????

car acting wierd?????????????????????????? sup guys i am haveing a problem with my car the thing is that it threw a 171 ses code and the sticky on top lead me to the gear chatter site and it said some thing about long fuel trims and short fuel trims.
now i dont know to much about these type of thing and i had it scaned at autozone and it sais bank one running lean.
i had this happen before and the ses light came on then it went off for like 2 months by it self so im sort of stuck.
also the car developed a very light miss and im going to do a plug swap tomorow and the car feels slow and like its holding back.
any help would be apriciated.
