Default Tuning with the Timing Tuner....

Has anyone played around with the Timing Tuner? I am wondering what type of gains you have seen with it NA? I am going to increase the timing in the lower rpm and 2 degrees at WOT.. Basically, whatever I can get away with with no KR.

I've heard from a few people that 2 base and 3 above 3000rpms is a good setting. One question, is there any easy (i.e.- free) way to determine KR besides using my ear?

A scanmaster will tell you.. I am using the timing tuner on top of my old Ed Wright programming.. I have 0 KR now.
