Atap logging problems.

Atap logging problems. Help I am having some problems getting autotap to log. What am I doing wrong. I am running win2k. I have a v.1 cable and new software, which might be my problem, but I dont' think.
When I connect to the car, should I start a new session to get rid of the default gauges that come up, or shouldn't it matter. I need to get it to log, to get my tuning done.
Whenever I click on it to start recording, the screen turns to a shade of red, but when I try to turn logging off, it just won't let me do it. And consequently I have to close the program, so I basically have no logged data.....

Re: Atap logging problems. I was running Win XP and had the same problems, I finally had to use a "beater" notebook with simple win98 and the dos software for reliable logging. I am sure others have had results with the combination you have, I just cannot say I was one of them <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Good luck.
