Paging NoGo, WTF?
During all my tuning I have seen 15-18 deg. of timing. Last night I went to the track to beat my best time. The truck felt really lazy going down the track, so much so that I thought something was wrong. I ran a 8.3, I run a 8.4 on the motor. Looking at my Tech 2 I saw it had 10 deg. of timing, all the way down the track. I also saw that the O2s were reading 970 to 980, they read 900 to 920 at 11.5 with the wideband. I did not have the wideband last night. Going down the return road I decked it and it showed 18 deg.
Is there some sort of abuse mode when starting from a dead stop? I have no clue what went wrong? I went fown the track 3 times and all 3 times it did this.
Cruising down the highway on the way home I hammered it. It almost didn't spin the tires at only 45mph? I figured that the temp might have something to do with it but, with only a 30 deg. difference? I have crap to do all damn weekend and this is going to drive me crazy until Monday.

Re: Paging NoGo, WTF?
I have my Low Octane Table set at 1.6 deg. at the rpm I run at. I also read no knock retard at all. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Re: Paging NoGo, WTF?
Have you zeroed out your torque reduction as well.
Go to transmission -> A4 Shift Firmness -> Torque reduction and zero out the
table
Trans Cal -> A4 Shift Firmness -> Upshift Torque reduction - zero out the
values
Engine -> Ignition -> Max Torque. Set it to 600
Engine -> Ignition -> Torque Reduction. Zero it out

Re: Paging NoGo, WTF?
I have just zeroed out the trans tables, the engine I have already done. I will try this at the track Wed. I hope this helps. I don't understand why it happens at the strip and not the road. Engine under a greater load with the sticky tires?
Another question I have for you is about the running rich at startup. If I jack with the Crank VE do you think that this will help? I can actually smell gas during the first 2 min. of warmup.
Man thanks for the help.
